Second time coming and the LAST the lady who provided service for me gave a the most painful service !!!! I requested Brazilian wax however she gave me a sugaring instead and it was again extremely pain so painful to the fact I declined to have my rear waxed she stated she didn’t speak English well which should’ve been my first red flag however I allowed service assuming she would provide excellent service like the previous person who waxed me, long story short DO NOT REQUEST CYIA unless you want a sore clitoris and a red burning bikini line oh May I mention when I called back person who answered the phone tried undermining me by telling me what I received was a wax only but she wasn’t the person who did the procedure. This was my first time (well technically 2nd, it’s been yearssss) getting waxed. Let me just say that MARIELLEN is tha sh!+!!!@!!! She made me sooo comfortable and was soo cool. I have never been more happy to actually PAY somebody to hurt me. LOLOLOLOL. And the pain really wasn’t that bad. She was soo freakin good that a couple of times i didn’t even noticed that she had ripped the wax off until AFTER the fact! She talks to you & makes you feel really comfortable. I absolutely love this place. The front desk associate is always so friendly, no matter who is sitting there. They’ve always been friendly and accommodating on the phone as well. Jackie is excellent at sugaring and waxing. I’ve alternating between the two techniques to see which is better for my skin- at Jackie’s recommendation- as my skin is pale and sensitive. Waxing is less painful but does not remove hair as well as sugaring does for me.
