I love my nails! If it wasn’t for KAREN. She did not rush me nor did she make me feel anxious! She is the best and you can tell , she will try her best to please you while doing your service, even in a new environment for her.She’s Spanish speaking and even though I barely speak Spanish fluently I was able to communicate my wants and connect with her (fairly new at ML Pro Nails). I went in for a Acrylic set & repaint my gel toenails.

Worst experience of my life. They discriminated against me because I’m Spanish. I walked in with my baby and they sat me down and as soon as the guy started they kept the prices going up . Like they wanted me to say no and leave but I kept saying that was fine then the guy starts my nails and the owner walks over in front of everyone and says they will not service me because I had a baby!

I saw May for my nails today at ML Pro, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely picky and gave her a photo of a multi-color set, and she did an incredible job. This photo doesn’t do her work any justice. My nails came out absolutely beautiful!! The business itself is very clean and everyone seemed very friendly. Already booked my next appointment 🙂

First time I visited this place I left very satisfied. Unfortunately after the nails fell off, I realized my nails were infected with fungus. I gave it 3 more tries with 3 different people and 3 different services, every time my nails got weak, broke, and got fungus. It’s either some product they use or they do not clean their utensils. I have pictures of how disgusting my nails turned out and the difference. The prices keep going on for the cheap results. Honestly you could get a manicure any place else and it would be cheaper and they would do better job cleaning your nails. My nails have been healing for 3 months now. I posted a picture so you could all see how disgusting this was. Do not recommend.

Don’t know how they got best nail salon in town. Overpriced and my nails look like a joke. Went there 08/04/2021 and got almond shaped, gel full set and I am not pleased but you learn where not to go to. My gel pedicure and waxed eyebrows were done well though. The salon was also clean so that’s plus.

I had an appointment Today with May at 11 I walked in at 10:45 and she was just starting someone I asked the owner why would that happen if I had an appointment and I arrived early this is the 2nd time I would wait for an appointment he shrugged his shoulders as if my time and money is not valuable. Very unprofessional I asked for my regular nail lady Zena which I never had an issue with he said even if she came back he would not hire her again again very Unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere!!! If anyone knows where Zena is please let me know I hope she does not go back to the money hungry people there that done care about people’s time!

I went this morning to get powder dip and even called to be sure they had someone who could do it. When I got there I found out nobody could do it and I had to get acrylic overlay! Diana did not listen to me. I told her I wanted art on only my index fingers, but all 10 have it!!!!!! I will NEVER again let her do my nails, and may not even return to this salon again!
