Let’s just say covid makes you make some irrational decisions lol I let someone dye my hair. OMG it was so copper and orange!! I needed to get it fixed without further damaging it. I called every salon and they were booked out past October. Yikes I finally called attitude and images and spoke to Cathleen. She was quick to book me. Originally I was hoping to get in the day before my birthday on Sept 19th.. Which I knew was going to be nearly impossible but she made it happen I was excited and this was already off to a great start. Now I’m really picky about my hair and hardly ever go to the salon. I’ve had some bad experiences. So I’m always extremely cautious about anyone touching my hair. She made me feel beyond comfortable and we clicked right away. I told her what I wanted and she did just that and more! She did a whole color correction and added some nice high lights with a lovely cut. I absolutely LOVED the results! Beyond ecstatic. I was honestly expecting to pay way more than what I did. She was overall amazing. The shop had a cozy yet professional vibe going on plus it was extremely clean. Even though I had to wear a mask for about 2 hours I didn’t feel overwhelmed or overheated. Plus my hair looks AMAZING! Wish I found her sooner. One of the friendliest and best salon experiences I’ve had yet! Thank you Cathleen .

I can’t believe I didn’t know of this place before!! The staff was very attentive and we just went in to see if they hopefully had some open spots in their schedules for us to get our hair cuts. Sandra is the one that helped us out and gave us some amazing looks. She is super knowledgeable and cares about giving you the best cut. After explaining how some of their products could help with our dry scalps, we ended up making a purchase of some of their shampoo/conditioner products. Will definitely come back when I need my haircut again!

If you need a hair/makeup artist, Sandra is amazing! ❤ I’m getting engagement photos done in Carmel and she made sure my hair and makeup fit for the environment. So far she’s the best makeup artist I know. The salon is clean and put together well inside. Definitely getting my wedding look done here

Attitudes and images is right; these people have bad attitude and bad image. I had never been to this salon, and when I made my appointment over the phone, everything seemed great, besides the high price. When I got into the salon for my appointment, they had me waiting for a half hour, then told me the woman I booked for wasn’t even in that day, so I’d have to see someone else. I was about to have my whole head dyed, in the chair, when I heard the dresser say to someone how much she was charging me. I asked her about it, and she was wanting to charge me a little less than two times the original cost I was quoted on the phone, for the other dresser. I got up, and was getting ready to leave, when the manager came out and told me to pay for the appointment anyway, even if I wasn’t having it done anymore. We argued, her telling me to pay the full price, and I refusing to pay, except to give the dresser $20 for shampooing my hair. The manager threatened to call the police and have me arrested, and so I just left. I hope this terrible business is sold to someone else with a better idea of how to run a business.

I spent four hours in the chair because the hair dresser didn’t have experience. The owner Kathleen came over to try and “fix” it and did her “quick” technique to get me out of the chair. I went in for the ombre look and left with a few highlights. Very disappointed and very upsetting, not to mention the charged me for it.
