So good! Flew in this afternoon and desperately needed a pedi. I no longer live here but used to come before 2012. Got the more expensive pedi and worth every penny. The older woman took her time cleaning my feet and I never felt rushed. I’m a distance runner and my feet get horribly abused. Very relaxing, quiet and clean. Wish Michigan had better nail salons.

My gel manicure started badly chipping less than a week later. It was pretty much all of off after a week and a half. Service wasn’t great either- the lady got mad when I used a credit card to pay and made sure to tell me since I’m tipping her on my card, she now has to wait a few weeks to receive it. I have been going to this salon for multiple years and have been satisfied. Today, the service was terrible. The nail artists were laughing and pointing at other customers as well as talking in their language and laughing. I’m also unimpressed with the quality of my gel manicure. I have polish on my fingers and the polish has gone outside my nails onto the sides of my fingers. She rushed my manicure and the polish is uneven on my nails, darker in some areas and almost see-through in others. I was disappointed in the service today and will not return.

Very impressed with the service. I and my friends went in a little late as a walk in for nails, the staff was very nice and though it was past closing time, they very patiently finished our nails. This was the first time we went, and we are very impressed. Will certainly go again.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this salon for over two years and they’ve always done a good job. You have to make an appointment otherwise they always tell you to come back. However, recently Kathy has been so rude when she’s done my nails. I asked her to file them down (acrylic) so they are thinner, more natural looking and then Huy the young male shouts “oh my god” and they start speaking in their first language obviously talking crap about you. Kathy then begins to be very rough with my nails and constantly makes me bleed, has no consideration that she’s filing off skin with her machine tool. They switch the prices up all the time, one time you go it will be 35 dollars and the next time it’s only 30, it depends on how they feel that day and if they are irritated with you. Kathy rushes when she doesn’t my nails and doesn’t listen to anything I have to say, I’m polite and ask her questions of what I should do (regarding my acrylics) and she completely ignores me. My friends and family have all experienced this and will no longer choose to support their business. You lost 4 loyal customers of 2+ years.
