The store is oddly quiet. No one smiles, no one makes eye contact or conversation. Besides a very light hand and foot massage as part of an uninspiring mani pedi, there is a layer of “dust” throughout. The manicurist didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails nor the shape. I picked a color and hated it, only to be told it was gel, not what was requested. Changed to clear on my fingernails, yet there’s still a hue from the previous color stain. Usually, my technician puts in my sandals, but they were thrown on the floor next to me at drying. It was in the shopping center I was at the time. Don’t go, not worth the time, effort or money.

i SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS. I got a manicure that took about 10 minutes. The gentleman that did my nails didn’t tell me his name. He was rough while cutting my cuticles and now they are peeling. The other technician was really rude to her customer as well. No one greeted me or said goodbye. Rude people.I will never go back.

I didn’t really like it he rushed and looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. Paying $47 for a gel pedicure is crazy when it’s not being done correctly or have the correct utensils out to use and was rushing and seemed not to want to be there. Pedicure

Ridiculous place! They don’t honor appointments!! Leave you sitting and nobody even acknowledges that you are there even 30 minutes after your appointment time. So many other nail salon in the area with much better customer service!!

Extremely bad experiences. Very rude staff. If you don’t know the good staff members they give you their new staff doesn’t know their job and they are rude too. They don’t take any feedback even though you go next day and show them how did they do nails/nail paint or anything. Will never recommend.

My daughter and I received “services” at this salon. It was my first and last time. I’ve had hundreds of pedicures and manicures and this one ranked among the worst. The pedicure was really an expensive polish change. It was over so quickly I did not get a chance to get comfortable in the chair. My daughter received acrylic nails which were crooked and had gaps. We asked the manicurist (I use the term loosely) to redo the nails and he made them worse. They were not filled in and very thick. I always tip in cash, but was told after the “services” that I would be charged a surcharge for using my debit card to pay for over $100 in “services”. The optional word is after the services were complete. I will never visit this place again even though I’m in the area frequently.

They r very rude .. talk about customers in there language I made appt for today they told me 230 at 210 I was on my way there I got a call saying I was late I explained to her and she proceeds to say to me that I’m always late when I usually am the one waiting for her. I tried to reschedule she said she didn’t have or see someone else I told her to forget it I would look for another place where they know how to treat customers. She said fine hung up on me. Never going back or referring anyone again they are all so rude

I just came last week and my nails and pedicure didn’t last, I came in today had walked out in the middle of my manicure because the tech did a horrible rush job even cutting my pinky finger,after I just told him to slow down me stop rushing, my pedicure was sloppy and done lazily this place has gone down the drain!!!!!! What a total waste of time and money!!!!!!
