I go to Karrie all the time. My hair is super difficult to work with, and I *enter shame here* box dye my hair a lot… But Karrie finds a way to make me happy every time. If there is an issue, ANY worker is willing to help. Stephanie is a great assistant and really helpful around the place. Love the color, but I cut my own hair at home (so judge me as you want). But I will still drive an hour and a half from Bay City to see Karrie because I trust her so much. I recommend her to many people.

It’s small but nice. Prices are reasonable. They sell a small inventory of unique jewelry and lightweight outerwear as well. They set up standing appointments for me so I don’t have to do it each time I go there. Been going there for over 7 years. Would recommend.
