The appt was almost 3 hours long (my hair is barely chin length). The color was described as warm but ended up being kind of brassy. The cut was thick & choppy & the layers were not blended at all! Made an appt for a haircut & highlight. The hairdresser asked me SO many questions even though I showed her a picture of my haircut last time and at multiple angles.
