DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I cannot believe the terrible attitude of the owner. I asked her to fix two issues that I noticed during her RUSHED polish job. One, there were visible bubbles in the polish and two, she didn’t bother to cover the edges of my nails with polish. YOU HEARD ME. SEVERAL of my nails were devoid of polish on the inside or outside or both edges. At first, I thought, okay, it’s just the first coat. But no! She doubled down on the sloppy during the second coat. When I, nicely, asked her to polish those missed places, she began shaking her head and said, ” if you don’t like the way we do nails here, don’t come back.” GLADLY!!! I don’t know about you, but if I spend 100.00+ on a mani/pedi, I want perfection. You want my money, right? Well, I don’t have gel color and a lamp at home to fix your mistakes. sI shouldn’t have to advocate for myself in this situation. Full coverage nail polish and a smooth surface should be STANDARD!. AM I SUPPOSED TO HATE MY NAILS AND BE IRRITATED EVERY TIME I LOOK DOWN? OR DO I SPEAK UP IN A COURTEOUS FASHION AND GET WHAT I’M PAAAYYYYYYIIIINNNNGGGG FOR??? They want quick money without regard to customers!! They absolutely do not hold themselves to a standard of beauty, care, politeness, or professionalism. I wish I could PAY YOU not to go there.

Positive: QualityI always go to Lynne because she is the best. I usually get a manicure pedicure with gel on my toes before I go on vacation because I’m in water all day long and I’ve never had an issue with it coming off. Gel is the way to go!Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I wish I didn’t even have to give one star. I had a terrible experience here. I went the day before a wedding with the bride and a few others. The bride wanted her nails done in a particular way. The first time they did them they looked absolutely terrible! So, they took them off and they did them again. The second time was just as bad, and they told her “to go get her nails done somewhere else”. The owner said this to her. The customer service is terrible. They have hardly any polish and gel selection. I got the pink and whites and my nails started lifting the NEXT DAY at the wedding! They told us all the price of what we wanted before they started, then when we all went to pay they charged us $10-$20 more. I paid $85 for my nails and a pedicure. Terrible, Terrible business and management. I do not recommend anyone to go here ever!!!!!

definitely won’t go back. I got fake tips done and I wanted all of them to be pink with white polka dots and these little silver gems. I asked the guy and he said okay. He started to do French tips on four of my fingers and left one for how I originally wanted. I went with a friend and she wanted the same thing as me and she also said fake tips. The guy did not give it her fake tips and when she mentioned something on the third nail, the guy told her no because he started already. He also forgot to give her white polka dots. The color started fading soon and turning yellowish after a week. I just took off my pinky nail to notice the nail they did got attached to my real nail and ripped a little bit actually off. I don’t recommend here because it’s not worth what you pay at all. Also not very nice.

Very unprofessional. Told me after I paid tipped and to not come back with my children. Two were in a stroller and the other two were sitting in the chairs by the front door. I said I dont have family out here my kids go where I go he shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me I left mortified. I’m the first to admit when my children are being bad and they will be punished but they werent touching a single thing. The owner Said it in front of 2 other customers. I had tears in my eyes when I left. Thanks a lot for embarrassing me when all I was trying to do was have some “me” time which doesnt exist with 4 children. My husband and I work opposite shifts so my kids go where ever I go. Will take my business elsewhere and not recommend them to anyone.

This place is consistently great. It’s always clean, and I’ve never had to wait for a walk in appointment. Gels always last 4 weeks, and I don’t have any problems with chipping or peeling despite using my hands constantly at work.
