Not very friendly. Made an apointment online with my spouse and they cut his hair but refused my style because they were too busy even though I made an apointment. Then several girls went in back and took a break. I think they had time for a blow dry and straighten. They didn’t even ask what I wanted just told me no.

The worst service I’ve had from any salon, was scheduled for a haircut for my son at 10:07 i got a text reminder of 15 minutes at 10:17 my son was waiting inside for 50 minutes before it was his turn. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

Loved it! Nannette, and I’m sure I spelled her name wrong, did a great job. She was very conscientious of what I wanted done, making sure throughout the process, and I couldn’t be happier. After almost two years without a cut it was such a relief to find someone so nice and attentive. Although I’m sure they’re all awesome, I’ll ask for her next time as well.
