Some woman named Anna or ana had an appointment with me @ 2:30pm, and I came 5 mins late (due to external factors) & was polite and tried to explain, but she was immediately so rude and told me I was going to have to sit and wait for the next client to finish which made no sense because no one else was in the salon + there’s no way she could’ve had another appointment right after 2:30 if I was booked bc how would she have been done in 5 mins? Her behavior and lies were completely unprofessional, and I think you’re better off taking your business elsewhere. There is an abundance of good hair stylists around the area who are much better and polite with their customers and don’t blatantly lie.

I asked for layers and I got three layers in my hair, which were poorly blended. There is a contrast of length between them. The worst layers I’ve gotten. I’m waiting for my hair to grow out to even this up. The lady who cut my hair is nice and the place is clean.

My 2yr old son & I went for the first time today. They are AMAZING. Anna was so sweet and really made us feel comfortable. She got his hair done quickly and it turned out great. I got a lot of hair taken off and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be a regular here. I highly recommend La Lana! Thanks again Anna!

Lisa is an amazing stylist and artist. I’ve been going to her her for years and I would follow her anywhere. In addition to being incredibly talented, she is also wonderful to talk with and she will make you feel pampered and special. The salon is so nice.
