I recently went into this salon requesting an eyebrow wax because my normal girl wasn’t available. I’m super weird about newer people but decided to give her a try and let her do her thing. While Emmy was very nice and super sweet, she made my brows extremely thin and neither of them matched. Perfecting her skills or advancing is definitely a must. I will not be letting her do my brows again, and if she is the only person offered, I will wait until my girl is available with caterpillar eyebrows. I still tipped her and thanked her for her service, but am now filling my brows in with an eyebrow pencil until they grow back in.

Only ever had 1 experience there that wasn’t good. My normal lady(won’t mention names) wasn’t available and as a 4 year old doesn’t exactly sit still she is typically the only 1 I go to.. Well.. He was desperately needing 1 so used another girl there and she was very rude and rough with my son. I don’t expect perfection on a haircut for a moving 4 year old, but not only was she rude and nasty to him, his haircut was awful. Rather than make him sit thru more torture, I just paid and left.

I have used Cost Cutters since it was Famous Hair, for over 40 yrs, but these last two times have changed my mind. I won’t be back. I had the same stylist twice and both times she did not do what I asked for or didn’t know how. Not going to name her. The first time with her was disappointing, not the cut I wanted and the curl was all wrong, I even had a picture. This last time was worse, too short. I left feeling like I had a fuzz ball for hair. She also did things I did not ask for and she did not ask me first. If I work with my hair it’s ok, just, I hate it and no way to fix. Will just let it grow and go ELSEWHERE. Do not go here unless you ask for Robin, she’s been there a LONG time and knows what she’s doing. I wish I would have asked for her!!
