Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueVery dissatisfied. I have never left a bad review anywhere or felt that it was really necessary if I was not happy with my service- I have always chosen to take it somewhere else. I waited 1hour and 47 minutes for my service (which I never mind) only to have the tech start my pedicure and literally leave the plaza in the middle of it with her belongings and had me wait back in the chairs. I would be understanding and assume it were personal problems she needed to tend to but she loitered around for a while, laughed and chit chatted as if she was in no rush to go but did not care to service me. In that case, why get started on my pedicure? Then the other two that were working both took a customer before me (both customers arrived after me even after I was sent back to the waiting chairs). After they finished both customers manicures, one staff member finally took the manicure of the guest I brought with me and once the other staff member finished, she loitered around as well and talked. I feel like I was being very polite and easy and the staff took advantage of that and decided to take the customers with easier demands (manicures). No one was willing to do my simple gel manicure and pedicure. I genuinely cannot understand why they had a difficult time servicing us. We were quiet, polite and understanding. Maybe it was just the fact that we were in a group of two and I wanted a pedicure. No one seemed to be willing to do any pedicure. Very dissatisfied. I have never left a bad review anywhere or felt that it was really necessary if I was not happy with my service- I have always chosen to take it somewhere else. I waited 1hour and 47 minutes for my service (which I never mind) only to have the tech start my pedicure and literally leave the plaza in the middle of it with her belongings and had me wait back in the chairs. I had a few less-than-ideal experiences some years back when they were new and had not been back, but decided to give them a try bcz they are open on Sundays. I should have known better. The owner is surly and rude. It surprises me, actually, that she’s still in business.I make it a point to treat service providers w utmost respect and kindness, I purposely tip well whenever possible, etc, but that never seems to matter at Sea Glass.If you’re into being ignored, getting subpar services without any attempt to rectify, waiting without any idea how long the wait might be (and ignored if you politely inquire), and then challenged if you ask for minor / typical cleanups or adjustments, you’re in the right place.Services: Gel manicures, PedicureI cannot recommend strongly enough that you look elsewhere for nail services. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you look elsewhere for nail services. I had a few less-than-ideal experiences some years back when they were new and had not been back, but decided to give them a try bcz they are open on Sundays. I should have known better. The owner is surly and rude. It surprises me, actually, that she’s still in business.
