Tried on multiple occasions. Made appointments online and got the store. They were accepting the called in appointments over the ones made online even though they weren’t even there yet. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. I guess I have to find somewhere else to bring my business. Years ago they were great, not so much these days.

10 months ago i got the haircut I Exactly wanted and needed, after 2 years of self covid hair cuts. (I shave my sides and keep the top. ) well I moved to Scarborough and switch salons to that location. I met Olivia and she made my lines all neat and I was looking good. But eventually she moved on. I work Biddeford so I went back to that location. On February 2nd 2023 I went in for a shave to scalp on the sides, leave my top, BASIC JUST FOLLOW MY LINES AND DONT SHAVE ANY OF MY LONG HAIR. HANNAH did my hair. She took off a a lot of my long hair on one side, which I have been growing for 3-4 years from the top and didn’t shave my sides down all the way. I couldn’t see how bad it was, but now that I know I’m devastated I would never recommend HANNAH at Biddeford to anyone. Not worth 24 bucks for years of loss.

Super annoying!!!! Their hours say they open at 9 am on Sunday’s. Tried calling and it just rang and rang to a weird voicemail thing. Drove all the way here 30 minutes later and they’re not open. Over an hour after it says they open. The day before school starts!!

Honestly I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. I have never been disappointed. I’ve had a number of stylists, all were friendly, listened to what I wanted and worked quickly. I’ve always been satisfied and keep coming back. Plus! Bonus, it’s a $20 haircut!
