I have been a member here for over 2 years. The massage staff is professional however they do experience turn over (like any employer these days). The rooms always feel clean and sanitized and you can still opt for your massage therapist to wear a mask if that is something you prefer.

Kyra is MY FAVE. She is attentive, gentle, friendly, and really cares about my skin and comfort. I have a membership and switched from monthly massages to monthly facials because of how amazing she is. Haven’t gotten a massage since! I always leave feeling so fresh and glowy. Membership is completely worth it and love that you can gift your monthly credit if you want to. I recommend all day for anyone wanting some routine self care!

I have been going to the Flower Mound location for years and stick with Catherine. She is awesome. She will tailor my facial according to what’s best for my face at the time of the appointment. She is pleasant and takes her time explaining the procedures to me. Her facials are also relaxing!!

My husband and I have always enjoyed coming here for facials and massages. It’s a plus they have appointments into the late evening since I work night shift and sleep most all day. Only downside is I feel like their availability is harder to maneuver than other spas but overall we enjoy it here

It’s a great facial for the price point and a nice clean salon. The front desk does need additional training and the manager needs to have more of a presence. I would recommend Catherine at the Flower Mound location.
