I have been going to Dave’s for about a year, and I can’t say enough good things. Great haircuts for me and my toddler son, it’s clean and the barbers are super friendly. Never had a bad haircut from here. They don’t do appointments, but you can call ahead to check the wait. The place is so friendly, I usually just show up and wait it out. There are almost always enough barbers working that even if there is a big line, it goes pretty quick.

The staff were polite and friendly, and they even made sure I had my bike locked so it wouldn’t get stolen. You can be as quiet or social as you want, and they’ll reciprocate accordingly. My haircut was clean and well-done, but make sure you know what you want beforehand. The free WiFi is a plus.

Dave’s is the best barber shop with the best barbers in the area. Everyone is in a good mood here. The only negative is the long wait time. I usually wait 45mins-1 hour for a cut. Obviously worth the wait as we all keep going back.

I have lived in Elk Grove for six months at the time of this post and after trying several other barbers in the area Dave’s is the best I’ve had. There’s no appointments which does suck so you’ll have to get there early. All the barbers take there time and they give constant feedback throughout the cut. I get a medium fade, skin with a trim on top and it rubs $24 dollars before the tip, but it is well worth the time and price.

I like Dave’s Barber Shop and understand the high ratings that it gets, but I have to say that I have had better haircuts. That said, I will happily go back to Dave’s especially to get the full hot towel shave experience. Always a great treat to give yourself. The music is always good, and the staff is friendly with just the right amount of talk.

I’ve had several haircuts done at this place and they’ve all been great. There is a little bit of a wait on busy days so do plan to be there for up to an hour or two if you haven’t made an appointment. Their skill and service is very good, especially for the price. They currently are charging $18 for a haircut which is a bargain for what you are getting.
