I went inside, signed in and sat down to wait while everyone else went ahead of me. Not one person greeted me, informed me of when I’d be next, nothing. They just kept glancing at me every once in awhile and said nothing. Waste of time.

Been here 4 times and all 4 times have been perfect, and they are fun and easy to conversate with while you’re getting your haircut so it’s not awkward silence.- also a great place for kids, also a super good atmosphere with the music etc. Recommend making an appointment to skip wait time and ask for Rafy. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’ve taken my son there for a few years before the pandemic and never had an issue. I brought my son there recently even though I moved out of the area. I was a walk in (as usual). The gentleman told me there were two heads in front of us. Approximately 90 minutes later, we’re still waiting. It was obvious who had an appointment and who didn’t. We kept getting skipped. I eventually left. It’s really unfortunate because I literally drove out of my way for my son’s haircut and they obviously didn’t values me as a customer. I’ve taken my son there for a few years before the pandemic and never had an issue. I brought my son there recently even though I moved out of the area. I was a walk in (as usual). My son who is usually nervous about getting his hair cut said he was gentle and didn’t make him scared. Super happy that we have found this place!

I really can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the staff at this Barber Shop . My son is 3 and has sensory processing disorder and he gets his cut by Carlos. not only is he a tremendous barber and person I never leave unhappy with my sons cut. he’s so patient with him and extremely understanding. the staff is amazing everyone is so generous kind funny you almost feel like you’re at home they definitely make you feel like family great environment . I thank god that I have someone like Carlos to cut my sons hair it’s extremely hard to find someone very patient and understanding to my sons special needs. I highly recommend this place all the barbers are great cuts ♥️
