I loved the quality of my new nails but didn’t appreciate waiting for a half hour after my appointment time and then feeling rushed because he made an appointment for someone to come in a half hour after he started me while I was seating in his chair. A quality manicure has always taken an hour in the past so scheduling one for a half hour from my start time was very rude, especially since this appointment was scheduled while I was there! Talk about feeling not appreciated as a new customer, he takes the prize for doing that.

Will give them another try. Had the greatest pedicure of my life. So relaxing, so thorough. Nails were okay, but the line on one was a little off, asked about it being fixed and wasnt happy with the response. For the $100 I spent, I felt they should have offered to redo that nail, if fixing it wasnt possible.

Thee worst experience at a nail shop. They are not a team in there. The lady messed my nails up so bad with thick acrylic. you could still see my toenails thru the polish. They halfway acted like they didn’t want to fix it until I started acting up! Y’all to worried about being cute in there instead of nails!

All I can say is VERY RUDE. I came in a few customers looking at me. I am only seeing one worker whom waits two minutes before saying what do you want. I tried to tell her I have never got my nails done. She spoke in her language somebody came from behind the curtain holding a bowl. He spoke back to her in his language and closed the curtain. So I’m waiting on her to say something NOTHING so I left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityWent for waxing. Was seated in an office chair, not in an esthetician style chair. Room was not clean and garbage was overflowing.
