I checked in there was three stylist. One of the girls had a lot of tattoos, while I was sitting there I was hoping not to get her then i thought about trading places with the guy behind me. But I thought that would be rude. So up I went the girl was very friendly and nice. Lucky me I got the best haircut I’ve had in many years.

We have been going here for a long time, my child went for a haircut and requested it to be shorter, he was Advised to go to a barber. The full 7 minute haircut is not what he had asked for paid and left, and still tipped 5 dollars. I called later that day asking for a refund and to advise the manager of his experience. As I went in for the refund I was treated like a criminal and told my son was not allowed back. One word Wow! How is that for customer service , as I was asking the manager why such harshness against my son I was told to leave. Well I did and yes I did let them know their customer service sucked!

Had to get a trim while in town visiting family. Great service, very clean shop. I did the online checkin and once notified via text only had to wait a few minutes in the shop before getting called back. I believe Jojo was the stylist I saw; she was great and knew how to handle my wavy-curly hair.

I have been growing out my hair because I wanted it long. I needed a good haircut to fix what I had and make it look good. Lady ended up cutting so much off and left my hair so short. Before my hair could reach to my jaw if I pulled it down, now it barely reaches my eyebrow. I got messed up. Do not go here.
