It’s ok the price is over priced pedicure start at 25 plus 10 for gel but you end up paying about 70. I got gel x with gel and desig and it was 70 dollars not to bad but I did have to go back to get 2 of them fixed.

Manicures are not something they practice daily manicures are horrible. Few sets of nails lifted within days of having them if you complains once they will no longer give you the proper service they talk bad about customer to customers! Manager kept giving attitude trying to tell me that my job caused my nails to lift I was kind to them and all they did was talk bad every time they are not friendly here you pay for a service you like and they do what they feel like.

Now one of the worst nail shops ever! They schedule customer appointments and make them wait 30-45 min to be seen. Then when you ask how long the wait is they say “5 min” every 5 min for like 15-20 more minutes. The service has gone down since the owner Richard isn’t there anymore. They have dried up polish and it’s all the same colors. Don’t waste your time because there are so many other shops in Rancho that are better.

Everytime I come here it’s a different price. And I always get the same thing. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt – but each time is something new. They over charge and charge extra for things that should be included. You’ll end up over paying and you’ll have low quality work.

I’ve gone to this place before for gel manicures. And they do a really good job on that. But today I felt adventurous so I decided to try a new process which is them dipping your nail into some kind of powder to make your nail thicker. I chose a color which was like a off-white pink and the color that is on my nails now is not what the color that I picked and I told him that and they were telling me that that was the one that I picked. She didn’t bother bringing the sample back to see if I could compare it to it. She just had nothing else to say and left it like that. I’m not happy with that process some of my nails feel nice and smooth but some feel really rough and grainy. Also because the color is so light you can see all the specs of the powder on them I don’t like that I like smoother colors and a little bit more darker pink than what I ended up with. I definitely will not come back for this kind of process here but if you’re looking for gel manicures or just plain regular color this is a place for you. If you zoom in on to the no pictures you’ll be able to see the little specks or little flakes whatever you want to call them inside the nail.

They did an amazing job on my acrylic nails! I wish I knew the lady’s name who did them but they came out fantastic. I showed her a pic and she followed it exactly how I wanted. The place is clean and all the techs were nice and welcoming! Very fair prices so this is def my new salon!! Yayyy
