Checked in online. There was a 10 minute wait. By the time I arrived there were 2 people in front of me who were taken back very quickly. Highly recommend checking in online for faster service (despite the sign that says walk-ins welcome.)

This place is amazing because of Jennie!!! She fades my husband up so well and does my face framing hair cut perfectly with a razor, literally the highest quality!!!! BUT my husband went to the white lady with purple dreads cuz he was in a hurry and she did TERRIBLE, it was a bald fade with a 1 on top and literally my husband came home with springs sticking out of his head and had to take a one guard all over his head at home, what is even the point of going to get it cut??? #alwayswaitforjennie

Positive: CleanlinessI take my two boys here to get cuts every six weeks or so. I’ve had great past experiences. However yesterday it didn’t even seem like the same place! The woman who cut my younger sons hair polite and did a wonderful job! The other stylist that cut my oldest sons hair was absolutely RUDE! No customer service skills and listened to Absolutely nothing I said as far as my sons cut. He always gets it cut and has a hard line and when I asked her to please do that for him her reply was I already did! I then said well it’s usually a wider line can you please do that. After paying and just getting out the door I notice she still had not put on the line. So we went back in again and I asked her again nicely to please put the hard line in. She got very rude and argumentative and was mumbling under her breath. I wish I would of got her name but I did not. I will not EVER let her cut my kids hair again! Zero wait time for my walk in. This is one of the last hair salons around here that has zero requirement for a reservation. My stylist was very skilled and took her time to make sure everything was even length and layered on top. Got in and out in about 20 minutes at the most.
