Was really excited to receive a couples massage and another service as a gift from my husband back in Oct 2019. I remember calling a few times and getting no where with messages that I left. The owner finally texted me with a date and I had to check if it worked. Then I found out I was pregnant and wanted to wait for a massage until after baby was born. Then covid happened and getting a massage and checking the expiration date on the certificates didn’t even come to mind. So fast forward I pulled out certificates called and texted the owner to see if she would honor them and she said no because they were expired and that all her other clients called during covid and got an extension. This blows my mind $200+ in services that I will not get and the owner got to pocket. I get this is particularly my fault that I didn’t check the gift certificates for a date, but I feel that there should have been some empathy with covid. I even offered to pay more if the prices went up since the purchase of the certificates.

Was years over due for a salt scrub/polish and new to the area. Tammy was fantastic; made me feel welcome and comfortable. Her establishment is clean, warm and inviting. After my 60 minute, incredibly reasonably priced spa treatment, you could have poured me into my van. I look forward to being a regular client. Thank you Tammy for making me feel wonderful!

Bethany has been amazing, she’s the “bomb” in my books, been seeing her for awhile now, I travel from Manawa, I saw her yesterday, 2/3, walked in with major back and nerve/muscle pain with tingling sensation down my leg, I had the best nights sleep with no pain waking me up, today still no tingling sensations. You are lucky to have her on your team

Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t get a chance to even BOOK the appointment. I asked for an appointment for 3 people (my two best friends are flying in for their birthday), and she refused to even listen to me. Just kept repeating “we don’t book group appointments anymore, too many cancellations”. I kept trying to explain how we wouldn’t cancel, and she wouldnt even listen (said ‘we only deal with our regular ‘clientele”) and then hung up. Absolutely disgusting behavior and VERY bad for business.
