I can’t write enough wonderful things about our stay at the B resort! When we checking in we were greeted by a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable valet attendant. He helped bring up our bags and let us park momentarily while checking in even though we didn’t want to valet. Once we got up to the room he offered to get us ice, explained the shuttle service, etc. We really enjoyed the short walk from the resort to downtown Disney. We stayed in the suite which was nice, modern, reasonable, and clean, and had a spectacular view of the Disney fireworks. The hotel also has free wifi which I appreciate. Then in the morning we checked out the breakfast buffet at their restaurant American Q. It was delicious! And their coffee was so yummy!

We like doing weekend staycations at Disney and the last few times we have stayed at the B Hotel because it’s a beautiful hotel at an affordable price. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very clean (I’m a cleaning freak), beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. I had a friend coming from Puerto Rico to celebrate her son’s fifth birthday in Disney and I suggested the B Hotel. She was amazed how she told the guy at checked in how she wanted a cake for her son’s birthday and the day of his birthday he came back to his room after a day in Disney to find a cake in his room. She couldn’t believe that he remembered. That’s what I call customer service. We are staying again during Christmas.

If I could, I would rate this hotel 0 stars. I stayed in the best room there in the 16th floor, with connected rooms and with a disney view and when I opened the connector there were roaches and dirt all over which was outrageous! When I slept I woke up with bug bites all over my feet and I was shocked. Later, there were ants all over 1 room and the staff lied to me and said there were no bugs even though I have photos. This was the worst hotel ever. Wanna disney hotel? Get a Marriott may be worth the price. As of now this hotel is lazy, disgusting and the only good thing was the breakfast which was overpriced.

We love staying here! The rooms are modern and the whole property was clean, cozy, and chic. They have one restaurant and the spa looks inviting. Pool area is fun for all and relaxing. They do have a shuttle service to and from the Disney parks. We have stayed their once and already offically planned to stay agian since put first great visit! We had a park view room and we could see the fireworks from the disney parks from our room! Spectacular!!

Went today for a massage. My masseuse was Steven and he was GREAT! He asked about issues and then catered my message perfectly to my needs. It was extremely relaxing and I would go back again in a heartbeat!!!

The Aveda spa is absolutely one of the best, if not the best I’ve ever been too. Wonderful staff. Rochelly did my partial foil and hair cut… wow!!!! Love this place, I will be back time and time again.

I like this hotel because you can buy disney magic kingdom tickets and epcot tickets and Disney animal kingdom tickets and when you walk in is beautiful hotel pretty blue and white hotel and its right by downtown Disney probably 3 or 4 mins to get inside the parking garage

I stayed there 3 nights they cleaned the room only 1 time and when I checked out I payed 171$ .22$ a day for parking and 30$a day for the resort which is pool water electricity plus taxes NEVER AGAIN
