This place was great! I was able to schedule an appointment 15 minutes prior with no problem. Staff is so great, massage was lovely.

Not even sure the name of the person who worked on me, but there was no communication. She just led me to a room to get ready. As she started, all I was able to understand was “medium or hard”. She did not ask what I needed worked on, just started w what I’d label a Swedish massage, even after I asked for a deeper dig. She did hit a couple “ropes”, but just moved on like they weren’t even there. $100 for a 90 minute, which is fair for a good massage. But she left twice, w/out saying anything at all. When I asked for a little more work on my neck and shoulders, she sighed like I offended her… After the session, I paid the $103 (w/out tip). Now, I will always tip for good service. I left there feeling like I wasted $100. Then, as I was leaving, she literally ran out to my truck w the receipt saying I didn’t tip. I told her no tip, in which she argued with me about before (what I assume) cursing me out. Very unprofessional, and will not only return, but try to sway others away. Sad but true
