From first visit to my 5th fill, I have had good experience each time. Stephanie (reception) and Sierra (“miracle worker”) are courteous and pleasant – I look forward to my visits. Not to mention my lashes have never looked so good! I am sensitive to all mascaras am unable to wear so this is a great alternative- a bit more expensive but if you join the “club” you get rewards perks and discounts.

The ladies were lovely and Destiny did a great job! I absolutely love them. I would have given 5 stars and the only reason I did not was that I was not prepared for almost 3 hours of having my eyelid taped. I didn’t see anywhere on the website how long the first time would take and it wasn’t brought up when I was there, knowing it was my very first time. I was ok with it taking that long, just a little shocked and then was rushed for a different appointment at 430 (I checked out at 428) when my appointment was at 130. I assumed that would have been enough time. Lesson learned lol
