She is very personable and professional, and makes the whole experience so easy and fun for us! I’ll be upfront and admit I’m very weary going to franchise haircut business. However the service and the haircut I received today was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. The manager, Jill, was all alone due to a call out and was absolutely killing it getting through all the walk ins because the online booking system was down. She was upfront and honest about the wait (albeit I only waited like 20 minutes) and had the courtesy of letting people know what the situation was. She was incredibly personable and very professional. I’ve had a lot of different barbers over the years but I will most certainly be coming back. The speed and style in which she cut my hair was unrivaled by all. Kudos to her

Extremely over priced,it’s a barber not a salon, then she doesn’t wanna listen or understand how you want it cut and it’s at the point where it can’t be fixed, I can say the one lady does know what she’s doing but I couldn’t remember her name again but either way it’s still to expensive, and no hot towel, no shampoo, sorry for the rant but don’t care I won’t be going back, I would’ve been happier trying to cut it myself!
