She is attentive and asks your opinion on how you would like your hair before she starts. She did an incredible job with my hair. I am satisfied and happy with the outcome. First time in this salon recommended by friend, must say I love the results just had my hair done march 16th in another place where I was left like I clown have been so uncomfortable since but didn’t know anyone good plus was very scared to even do something else to my hair as I have very little and super thing hair that takes a longggg time to grow, was very conscious of what was done to my hair, i literally looked like a blond Dalmatian except with different shades of orange horrible so I was very thankful that I was recommended here, called in for an appt. On Thursday Was fitted in right away for yesterday Friday with the fear that once they saw my hair would deny me service due to how thin it is but was so happy was greeted right away by very nice receptionist then was seated with Monica C who took care of me also very friendly looked at my hair asked me, my concerns what I wanted & guided me to what she recommended which was super close to my vision really I would of taken anything even a solid color all I wanted was my hair to be fixed, ended up having to have another friendly girl named Vanessa blow my hair out due to Monica having her next appt. Arrive which was a breath of fresh air how they supported & helped each other making sure clients were being taken care of right away with the at most respect & friendliness long story short lol not really with my testament, I walked out of there 3 hours later 200% satisfied & very happy with the results I feel so good with the change I didn’t think I’d like going a little darker but took the chance and I love it she did such a good job my husband loves it my daughter loves it and have gotten so many complements. Very satisfied and definitely this is where I’ll be going from now on don’t care that it took 3 hours this girl did miracles with my hair don’t care if it will take 3 hrs ea. Time I go because it is 3 hrs that Iam well taken care of and with awesome results thank you so much to all the receptionist sorry didn’t catch her name also Vanessa & Monica C. the before taken 2 days having done after on 3/18 & after in Crush salon thank you so much

My salon experience with Cassie was amazing. I went in for a cut and chopped my hair off to a blunt bob. I was really nervous because it was my first appointment with Cassie and I wasn’t sure how my haircut was going to look on me. Cassie was so patient with me and took her time while cutting my hair. She was very friendly and gave me some styling tips and suggested products for my new hair cut as well. I purchased the step 3 unite that she recommended in the salon. The environment was also super friendly. I honestly couldn’t have had a better salon experience and will definitely be returning.
