Not very pleased with how I was treated when I walked in. It was 3:35pm on a Sunday and needed a quick cut on my sides and back and was told that there not taking anymore people for the day? There were 4 hair stylists in the building when I walked in and there were no customers getting a haircut at the time. I could understand that if I was getting color or something that took a while to do I would understand but I just needed a quick and easy 10 minute cut. I’m not a person who has never worked in the industry, I was a server as one of my first jobs and we took in customers till the last minute of being open. As of 3:50pm of writing this review they look more busy cleaning than actually doing hair cuts.

I started off my day, waking up early to catch a nice hair cut at the one they call “great clips”. I go in, just like any normal other day, I’m seated and she asks what I want, I exclaim “just a little trim around the side, bangs, and layered. She starts, taking heeps of hair off of my head. I stare in disbelief, shedding a tear each time she takes an inch of hair off. After it’s all finished, I stare at my face in the mirror, I now resemble will byres from stranger things because all this lady did was take hair of the top of my head and not there sides. Thanks great clips.

Signed in for Great Clips, went to the car to wait because they were busy. waited about half an hour, saw the girl who signed in front of me come out because she was done. so I went inside to have mine and my daughter’s haircut, got inside they lost our appointment, after I had already checked in. oh that’s not a problem she said ,we’ll just go ahead and re check you in. I told her I was not going to wait behind all these other people now. oh that’s not a problem she says and then after checking us in, tells me I have 6 more people in front of me.mind you none of those people where there before us . It’s 19 bucks for a haircut there now, yeah I think you’d get a little bit better service then. I will not got back.

I recommend this location for sure as the lady for cut my hair was so hopeful in deciding how short I wanted to go, she was also super funny and real easy to talk to. It was near the end of the business day and I heard them saying how just the two ladies working that day had over 92 customers come thru their door for haircuts. I applauded them for their hard work. I can’t speak for all location but this one rocked and we will be returning!!!

I asked for an extremely short yet feminine hairdo. Instead it was trimmed to a longer length on top and short on sides like a military crew cut. I even had pictures. I ended up feeling like a man, so I wore scarves and hats to look like a woman again.
