Last month one of the guys did my nails and they lasted almost 4 weeks so I figured I would go back and get a new set because I had a good experience with him. This month I went to get long acrylics with black and white french tip. I was told my nail bed was “too short” for the length I wanted and cuts my nails to the shortest they have ever been. He then tells me I can’t get the french tip I wanted which was fine because it was a deep french tip but he could’ve at least suggested a standard french tip but instead tells me to pick a solid color. At this point my nails are completely not what I wanted when I walked in. I paid the $46 and on Tuesday night of the following week my middle finger popped off like it was a press on and the next day my index finger lifted all the way. I don’t recommend. Never again will I walked thru the doors of this nail salon ever again. Very upset with the customer service I received. I got there at 1:00. I didn’t walk out until 5:00. Their was only 4 people ahead of me. Tell me why it took 4 1/4 hours to get a full set? He also didn’t even do my design on them because In the middle of literally doing my nails HE GOES TO EAT AFTER I DONE SAT THERE THAT LONG. The side of my nail on my pointer finger is literally digging into my skin. #ftp

I went to this business on a whim and did not even know about it until I happened to come across it while in the area. While there, the owner took off my old dip powder polish and struggled (because the last place I went to did not do a good job) , but he was so patient and apologized profusely if he accidentally burned my nails (understandable given the state they were in). He shaped them perfectly and the final result looked exactly like the picture I showed him. He was polite and delicate and you could tell he cared about making sure I was pleased with the results. The pricing was reasonable given what I had asked for and I would have tipped more if I wasn’t already a broke college student. All of the staff we’re kind and got everyone else waiting in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. Definitely going to return back to this lovely business!

My daughter and I went to them as the usual salon we use was unexpectedly closed for the day. I feel compelled to leave a review as this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. To start, the stations were dirty. My daughter was trying to speak to me with her mask on and I couldn’t hear her well. The woman, Vivian, doing her nails practically assaulted her, ripping the mask directly from my daughter’s face. When she finished my daughter’s nails, she began to do mine. While doing my nails, I accidentally bumped one of them causing a deviation in the line of my French Manicure. She actually rolled her eyes at me! I knew right then it would be our last visit as patrons of this business. However, it continued to get worse. I was charged more than I was told I would be charged from the beginning. Also, the quality of our finished product was far less than suitable for what we paid. I can only speak to the rude behavior and quality of work from the technician with which we had dealings. However, we will not return.

This was my go-to place because they do the dip powder better than anyone else but after today I won’t be back. I’m a single mom and usually I find a sitter for when I go to get my nails done because I know how my 3 year old can be. I also had my 10 and 12 year old with me and they agreed to help keep an eye on him while I was getting my nails done. When I walked in they said it would be an hour wait and I told them that was fine. My 3 year old was laughing and singing and every now and then getting upset because I was out of quarters (he spent 7 in the gumball machine trying to get pink). The lady kept talking in their language and looking over at me. Finally she comes over and says to me “it’s gonna be another hour and your kids act like that you should leave. You should come back without them. No one here can watch them while I do your nails.” I use to tip this same lady $30-$40 every time she did my nails. I’m just shook that she said something like that to someone.
