A Cutting Edge salon and Spa is located at 1338 route 96 in Phelps, Ny. We are a full service salon and spa that takes pride in our upscale look of the city but personal touch of a small town. We have 4 talented designers to fit everyones needs, an experienced nail technican,a waxing specialist and an amazing masage therapist. The salon is open tuesday thru Thursday from 9am til 7pm, Fridays til 4pm and saturdays til 1pm. All of our design team attends training seminars regularly in order to ensure our clients are always receiving the most upto date trends and styles.We encourage you to try all of our designers to find your perfect fit.

Wanted to inquire about getting nails done by appointment for my mother and I… We had to stay local, but the young woman who answered the phone, was very hesitant, brushed us off because they were almost closed for the day I feel like. The worker had no information on when a decent time would be to call back or when the ladies who actually create the manicures would be available.
