This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon ever. I am a travel nurse and go to many different states to have my nails done. I have never been discriminated against the way I have at this place. I was skipped over at least 10 times. Even a customer pointed out that I was waiting for a very long time to be serviced. My friend and I went in for pedicures. We were told that we could not sit together and right after being told that we watched the owner walk over to 2 Caucasian girls and tell them to wait 5 minutes because he is waiting to get them 2 pedicure chairs side by side. It was the most embarrassing and degrading experiences I’ve had. I have had my nails done here 2 times already and had similar experiences. I try my hardest not to jump to these type of conclusions which is why I gave them chance after chance to correct this behavior. It was not only apparent to me, but every other customer in the salon recognized what was going on and voiced that it wasn’t right. It’s ridiculous living in America in 2022 and still dealing with people like this. Love everyone.

The older gentleman that works there should only be doing basic pedicures as he does not understand anything you say to him. He was asked 3 times to give my daughter in law the paraffin wax pedicure mine was done perfectly by one of the women who wirk there. When I told her my daughter in law asked for the same….he was going to paint her toes then back tracked to a massage which he didn’t do and put the wax on….never even let it set….took it off right away….it was a joke. So basically if you are going for a pedicure I would not recommend the older gentleman he was awful and we were still charged full price for her paraffin wax pedicure.

I was hesitant because of the reviews that I had read. But, my mom bought me a gift certificate. The gentleman on the left at the 1st station did my nails. He was very pleasant, they all seemed to be giggly for whatever reason ( and no, I do not think they were talking about me, however it is payday). He did my nails in a timely manner and made sure I liked them. They could have been slightly shorter but it’s not a huge deal, because when he was done he massaged my hands for about a minute each and then put a hot towel on them. To me, that little extra something was all it took to make me a fan. Thank you- The Boring lady

⚠️READ THIS ⚠️DON’T GO HERE !! Me and my mum went to get pedicure and the lady who did my mums pedicure was so rude to her the whole time. She kept leaving while she was giving her a pedicure, probably left about 5 times. And when it came to massaging lotion onto her legs she probably massaged for a minute whole . Then she kept rushing her to chose her color. Remind you they did not tell us to chose our colors before. Lastly when she asked the lady to massage her little more both the lady working on my pedi and the other lady started making fun of my mum. Even though they were speaking in their native language it was pretty evident cause the kept using the word “massage” and in a very loud tone trying to mock her. It has been the worst experience going here. But my lady always does a good job but making fun of someone is never acceptable.

I am highly unsatisfied with my experience. I went in today to get an acrylic fill and I had made an appointment 1 day prior for 11. I came in 10 minutes early, the girl greeted me and asked me what I was here for. I told her and she told me to take a seat. No one took my temperature or told me to wash my hands. I waited for 45 minutes before I went up to someone and asked when I would be taken care of. She told me 5 more minutes and to chose my color. When the guy that was doing the other customers nails were finished, he told me to take a seat without wiping or cleaning anything down, even having me put my hands on the same towel and paper towel as the last person, which had polish and nail clippings all over it. When he was filling and drilling my nails, he made me bleed 3 times and didn’t acknowledge it. Half of the staff seemed friendly but the other half seemed rude and I felt not welcome. My service seemed very rushed and my nails look decent but sloppy. They also rotated me between 3 people and none of them had washed their hands, even some touching my hands after doing a pedicure. They gave me a card for $10 off after so many visits and she said it was for my wait Although I saw everyone else checking out got that too. Unfortunately do not think I will be returning nor recommending this salon to a friend.

I had a horrible experience coming here the guy that did my nails rushed it it took him 20 mins. He wasn’t friendly at all. You can see my nails through the the clear gloss. They have no skill here. There where even little hairs in my nails. I attached the picture I wanted and what they gave me. There two completely different nails. I paid 45 dollars for this I could have done this horrible job myself. Not coming back and don’t recommend.

Please don’t waste your money I went in for a fill today after looking at Facebook and seeing decent work but once I get there I showed about 8 different photos including one from their Facebook page and they told me they couldn’t do any of them they said they couldn’t even do ombre..once asking what they could do I asked for basic nails with just line designs on the two middle fingers and this is what I got!! I am horrified and what’s even worse is one of the bosses came and checked to see how my nails were coming along considering how many different designs they told me they couldn’t do and when she looked at my hand she laughed and walked away. I can’t believe how bad this experience was and I will never go back they weren’t even going to give me a top coat!! So dont waste ur money and find anywhere else to go because this place is not it I’ve never had a worse experience with a nail salon how do you say you can’t do a design that is posted on the company’s Facebook page it really blows my mind. NEVER AGAIN
