The barber was so professional and so incredibly helpful with my 2 year old son who is super fidgety and incredibly hard to give him a hair cut. As to the first barber in an other location who had NO patience what so ever and very rough with my then just newly turned 1 year old trying to hold his head and moving it hard i was very anger. But the barber at Tri-city took his time and tried to help calm him, and took his time and got him to have his best hair cut to date! I will now use them for my son’s hair cuts!!!!! It’s nice to see that some people don’t just see it as a job they actually care about the client and how the outcomes is and being gentle with my baby boy….. (Update)… My son is now five almost six and we still continue to go here even though it’s no longer Tri-City and it’s just called Barber besides that change nothing else has changed I was just there two days ago with my son! Rob always make sure my son’s hair comes out as best as it can! My son now sits in the chair all by himself I no longer have to sit and hold him he just hops right up and sits there he no longer panics when he hears the sound of the clippers and ask every two seconds what’s that what are you going to do with that he just sits there relax and let them do their thing they are all excellent with children! He now gets excited when I say it’s time to go to the barbershop! I highly recommend this shop! If I could give 10 Stars I would.

Critical: QualityAsked for a fade and he literally made the sides just bald and left hair on top. Messed up my shape up and shaved part of my mustache off. He has to be high or something. I don’t recommend going here. Very unprofessional. They rush you in the chair just to get your money and kick you out as soon as possible without a quality cut. The staff there is rude. I walked in on a Saturday, the sign outside says walk in. I didn’t have an appointment. I greeted the people in there and they didn’t greet me back. Ok, so I’m waiting 30+ minutes and I asked the barber “hey can you give me a shape up. “ His response “appointments only, buddy.” Like why can’t you say that once I walked in? You guys are rude as hell. All you did was stare at me without saying a word lol. I can sense the unwelcoming of this establishment. I get a shape up twice a month. I’m not going to give you my business since you want to be rude and I will tell others to avoid this place. I suggest you change up your attitude and stop wasting people’s time.
