I would give this place zero stars if I could. The lady was so rude and rough with me. Left glue and residue all under my nails. I was the only one in the salon but she rushed my nails so fast. The acrylic “sample” to choose colors from is a dot on the top of the jar which is kind of hard to distinguish which color is which when there’s dust on top of the lids. Not worth the $50 I was charged for a rushed job.

Sad because this was always my favorite place to go. But lately they seem to be busier, which wouldn’t be a bad thing if the quality stayed the same. But sadly the quality has gone down tremendously. After this last set, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Attached you’ll see what I asked for… And what I got. The lines are horrible, the stickers came off the next day after the girl refused to use actual paint to do the hearts.

Ok…this was my 2nd time visiting for a gel fill because I’m still trying to find a nail shop since we recently moved into the area. The young lady that did my nails both times was VERY rough and uncaring! She had the trimmer turned up too high which was burning my nail bed AND cutting the skin around my cuticles. I would move my hand away SEVERAL times and asked her to turned it down some but she looked at me and proceeded to continue-so I was TOTALLY ignored!! She cut the skin under my nail as she was “cleaning” and all she did was rub it…what the what!!! NEVER again and I tipped both times …..foolish of me!!!

I really don’t understand why the health department or code enforcement hasn’t closed this business down. I keep giving them a chance but enough is enough. Their tables are always dirty, nothing is sanitized. The guy used a dirty file on my nails. It was suppose to be Grey but it was almost white. The sink was dirty. All over the place it was unclean. Why did I go, it’s no different than Any other place here in Roswell. I couldn’t find the other pictures of this place. The dirty tableswere just gross.

Just 8 days ago very poor work for gel nails and $53 plus a 5 dolla tip .Thats what they said they was . i dont even lift a finger to do anything for them run down WOW ….. WELL SPENT

I wish i could give them a zero. Disrespectful attitude and when I asked for dipped that was a little thicker, she said that it’s not possible. I explained to her that I could and have been doing dip for a while and that was it wasn’t impossible.She refused to do them and She continued to talk about me with her coworker after i left. My mother stayed doing her nails. She was insulting me and also told the other customer about the situation. I will never come back here and I would recommend you to never go either.
