I went to Kevin a few times, he seemed to do an ok job on my gel manicure. The last time though he filed my nails so roughly, he cut my cuticle and I bled. I told him 3 times that it hurt and he just smiled. He knew it hurt me because I had to pull my hand away. My cuticle got infected afterwards. Since then, I have been going to a salon in Mullica Hill ..(my family goes to this nail salon) and they are great..no issues and they are cheaper! I live a mile from Cosmo’s but will drive the distance for a good manicure & better service

The salon is beautiful and super clean. They aren’t busy or crowded…. The reasons I keep returning even though I moved away. They did remove the acrylic shields between the customer and tech and the techs have no masks. I liked the tech I had when I first used Cosmos. She moved away. Since then it’s been random and my toenails are very uneven. Long short jagged after requesting very short. Plus they grip my leg causing pain when I say soft!! I got little filing and mostly a leg massage that I don’t want.

First time going here… as I walk in I feel attacked by one of the technicians rushed to pick a color, I paid $30 dollars for a regular pedicure Which I had better.then off to get a regular manicure the technician walks me over to manicure table and leave me there for about 10 minutes while she takes two people to get pedicures then same lady comes with a bowl of hot water for me to soak my nails , waited for 10 minutes. Then instead of the same technician I get the manager/owner to do a regular manicure which takes her 10 minutes and it cost me $17 the hand massage was like just putting lotion on your self.

The cleanest place ever!! Very flexible with your appointment time.Never crowded. My pedicurist moved away so seems I get whoever is available. I have peripheral neuropathy so I have to remind the person to be gentle. Overall a nice experience. Would recommend.

Service is always great. Good experience. Gels for some reason don’t last long. I’m used to being able to get AT LEAST a month out of my gel pedicure. Not here. Dunno if it’s the products they use or user error.

First time going and it was very much worth it. The salon is clean and the people who work there are very nice. Plus the prices are reasonable.David did a great job with my SNS nail appointment. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up here. Highly recommend!
