When I needed to reschedule the appointment, she was able to make it work with my schedule. I arrived for my appointment and my stylist Leanne was on time and friendly. The haircut included a wash and blow out which was a pleasant surprise since that service isn’t listed on their website. She did a very thorough job and I am very happy with the outcome. She went above and beyond my expectations AND it was only $40! I have been going to Axis Salon for over 10 years and multiple locations. I had fairly damaged hair when I started and with their products and help it’s now thick and healthy with beautiful color and highlights. I’ve grown it to my waste and cut it back to my shoulders and grown it out again! Jody always makes my hair look amazing. If I could give a higher rating I would.

I went for an appointment but was stopped at the door by a distasteful political sticker on the inside of the window. Bad business decision by someone. I am new to the area and was hoping to form a long term relationship with a stylist, but have no intention of doing business with anyone who works there now. Too bad. I’m loyal and a good tipper. But politics don’t belong in places of business.
