I have been getting massages for the past 20 years and found Michelle @ Theratopia Spa about a year ago. Before Theratopia, I didn’t find a massage therapist that I would go to regularly. That changed when I found Michelle. I go every three weeks and never miss an appointment. She always asks where my problem areas are, focuses in on them and applies the correct tailored pressure and I feel amazing after each appointment. If you are looking to relieve stress and take care of yourself – I highly recommend Theratopia Spa!

This was a great experience from start to finish. I left a message to schedule my appointment and received a call back from Michelle within 24 hours. She took the time to give detailed directions and make sure I had everything I needed to find the building (which was needed when it came time to finding the place that day). I had the Stress Buster Massage which I would highly recommend for anyone with neck/shoulder pain. Michelle did a phenomenal job, and checked in throughout to make sure everything was alright. I had no idea how tense I was until I had less pain and more movement during the following days. I can’t wait to go back!

I found Theratopia because my in-laws gave me a Groupon massage here almost 2 years ago. From the cozy, calming atmosphere of the spa, to the fantastic massage, it was an AWESOME experience. Now, both my husband and I go almost monthly for massages (and my husband is in the industry, so he’s very picky about massage therapists). Michelle completely tailors the massage to what you need at that point in time. In addition, in my opinion, the Ashiatsu massage that Michelle does is SO much better than deep tissue. It hits so many more muscle groups at once, and I always feel better after an Ashiatsu massage than a deep tissue one. In addition to having your body feel great, Michelle is a fantastic person to work with and a very kind woman. At the end of the massage, there is never any pressure to purchase anything either, which is SO refreshing compared to other massage places. It just makes me want to continue to go back! I cannot recommend Theratopia and Michelle more.

I had the pleasure of visiting Theratopia this week for the first time. This was truly an amazing experience. I had a facial followed by a deep tissue massage and was blown away. As a frequent spa-goer, I am “sold” on this place! The staff is extremely welcoming and the facility is gorgeous. I felt like I was in another world. Ashiatsu is my new favorite for massage; I think I’ve been spoiled:-) The facial was pure bliss and I even had a lovely massage during this treatment. Great job, kudos to you and we are thrilled you are part of Fairport!!! Love you guys!!

I’ve been a monthly client for years – the “ashiatsu” massage is just the antidote to aching back and neck. I love that Michelle doesn’t book clients back-to-back, but leaves enough time in between so you aren’t rushed in and out.
