i got a haircut yesterday at the Arnold location at about 11:45 am. the lady cutting my hair seemed to have 0 interest on what i was trying to achieve with my hair and seemed annoyed whenever i asked for a taper fade which is very simple. inon the less i continued throughout and of course by the end of the cut i knew she didnt know what a taper fade was nor how to blend the hard lines out. this is possibly one of the worst cuts ive had in a while and its honestly sad i cant trust a licensed professional to do their job right
