After being disappointed by new barbers on many occasions, I was surprisingly very impressed by the haircut Brittany gave me, especially since this was my first cut with her. I walked in at 5:26pm when it stated on the door they close at 6pm. There was no one else waiting and 2 stylists literally finishing with their clients and was told they are done taking clients. Really? This is sad. Never coming back and will tell everyone else to avoid this place.

Everything was good but what I actually came for … a good hair cut , I asked for a bald fade and I get the most horrible looking uneven unblended hair cut , if you don’t have the most generic her they WILL mess you up they have no idea how to do line ups , tapers or fades the lady even had to call one of her other stylist to finish by back of my hair because she couldn’t do it , she told me to my face no you’re not getting a bald face because she doesn’t know how to do it so long story short I had to settle for the poor haircut she offered 0 stars if I can , do no ever come here go to a barber who uses real razors

The first time I came I waited for about 2 hrs. People kept coming in and getting seated almost as soon as they got here. I asked why was it taking so long they said people were checking in online, so ultimately I left because it had taken so long and they had said there was one more online check in ahead of me and they weren’t even on the premises. Now I went back to try again at a different time and this time signed in online, it said 2 people were in front of me and an estimated time of about 23 minutes. So I grab a bite to eat and then get to sports clip with the timer saying 5 minutes until my turn, what a lie, here I am still sitting an hour and 15 minutes with 2 different people in the seats now. I decide to ask what was the hold up and told her I had signed in online and that the timer said 5 minutes until my turn and she said all she knew was that the 2 guys that just went had been waiting for a long time. So now it’s the complete opposite of what they said last time. FYI Even though I’ve typed all of this it still DOES NOT EXPRESS HOW MAD AND FRUSTRATED I AM ABOUT THIS SITUATION, LAST TIME EVER COMING HERE and IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET A HAIR CUT THAT IS LESS CORPORATE!!!!!!!
