I am a licensed massage therapist who has been in practice in Hampton Roads since 2011. I received my license and training at American Institute of Massage. I began Reiki training in 2011 and completed my Master’s program in 2018 and I am now a Reiki Master Teacher. My continuing education includes Neuromuscular therapy, NIR light therapy, Sports massage, Manual lymphatic massage, soft tissue release and energy healing. I have developed a strong personal philosophy of tailoring therapy to meet the needs of the individual. My focus for your healing is through connecting you with your mind, body and breath. My goal is to accelerate your healing process, building a stronger you by using oxygen, NIR therapy and getting to the root cause.
