Super disappointed in the way the professionalism of this salon has declined greatly over the last 2 years from 2-3 people rotating touching your head at a time to not being able to get an appointment when you call to being told one price on the phone and another when you arrive to being told they will can’t back to follow up and never do. it’s disheartening and you don’t care about your customers. It shows.

This is a nice hair salon and all. But a whole joke when it comes to price. She tell me one price over the phone and when I got to the hair salon, I had to detangle my own hair. (I was there for a wash, blow dry and trim) She then moved the price up almost double. SMH ♀️ And rescheduled the time!!!

This place is the only place I would ever go to get my weave done. You come out looking like a Hollywood star. The owner and the stylist are sooo nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Its an all black staff black owned company without the attitude. I would recommend anyone one no matter your color. I promise you they will snatch your hair. I went in to schedule an appointment for my daughter and asked if they could do “butterfly locs. I even gave them a reference of how it looked like and they said they could do it. I come home from work and saw that my daughters hair was not what she asked for. Some of the locs were becoming undone and they don’t look good at all. Some of the locs are much longer than the others. I’m very disappointed because if you don’t know how to do a style just say you can’t do it.

I have gone there a few time and they have been good, but this time around service was horrible. it wasn’t my usual stylist, my appointment was for 12pm she finally acknowledge me an 1hr 10min later. The style I request and what she gave was completely different and the price I has discussed prior to me going over there was not what I was charged. I went there for my Bday and the crap I got was a hot mess. and when I had complained because I was mad nothing was do. I will never go there again. the others are good but the girl that did my hair…all I can say is because of her and the service I received I wont go back

if you are 3B-3C hair and need a hair cut don’t go there. went there for a trim and shape with a photo and asked for a dry cut then Patricia agreed but after sitting on the chair she wet my hair and brush it and i ended up with a short hair that has nothing to do with the photo i showed her! i am so upset and will never go there again. Hospitality s good.
