I began to frequent this business for the past 6 months and had great experience up until this past weekend. I requested a fill-in and the owners’ mother took me to her booth. The fill-in came out very nice; however, when it was time to complete the design the black nail polish that was used began to bubble when placed under the uv light. The owners’mother proceeded to tell me the reason the nail polish bubbled was because of me accidentally touching the side of the uv machine. This accusation was not possible as I was careful when placing my nails under the light. The second hand that went under the uv light showed the same bubbling of the black paint. The nail tech was annoyed that she had to redo the nails and never apologized for the accusation; rather she asked Kimmie for another bottle of black nail polish. She re-did the nails that bubbled; however 2 days later the black nail polish is peeling. I believe the nail tech used the wrong type of nail polish for the uv light and this causing the polish to lift and peel. I am so unsatisfied that I paid $60 for a fill-in and design only for the nail polish to lift in 2 days.

Mom does my pedicures and they always come out great! Polish last very long…I am especially hard on my feet during the summer since I live in flip flops and polish never chips. I go about every 3 weeks. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I am always satisfied. Everyone that works here is very nice! It’s best to call a few days ahead to make an appointment as they cannot always accommodate same day requests.

Kimmi is the best. Known her for years and she always does a great job and takes care of it even when I carelessly break my nails too early. Simple or more detailed design, she does it all and makes it all look great. Great color selection and she works fast. I get the dip and it lasts me 3-5 weeks, sometimes 6.

So I called this place before I drove here. I was told pedicures is 35 dollars and that they’re open. It’s 7:15pm on a Friday and it’s showing that they close at 8pm. I walked inside and asked if I can get a quick pedicure. There’s quite a few women in there. They told me no and that they’re closed (after I was told on the phone they’re open). It’s Friday and they close at 8pm. Don’t like to pull the race card, but yes, I Was the only black woman who was there and their was quite a few ladies inside need I say again. I’m not sure if it was a race thing, but if it wasn’t, please abide by the time you guys have on the site. Another thing, I asked the lady what time do they open tomorrow, she said 9-6pm (which is correct for Saturday). That means they do close at 8pm today. I only needed a quick pedicure and as I said before it is 7:15pm and this is after I went inside to ask. So that had to be between 7:10-7:12.

I’ve been a regular for about 6 months now and my nails always stay strong without any issues! I’m absolutely amazed. Kimmie does an amazing job!!

I went to Kimmi’s nails today and had an unfortunate customer service issue. First, the tone started off on the wrong foot because I pulled into the driveway at exact time of the appointment but before I got out of the car I got an urgent call about a family matter that I had to take. It made me about 8 minutes late to my 10:30. As I walked in Kimmi states make sure to call if you’re going to be late although I was right outside the door but that’s fine. I understand they have a rhythm to maintain although I noticed later on they were clear of people a few minutes later enough to go on a coffee break and for another associate to take a phone call. The person doing my nails proceeds to file them and immediately I notice the nail is shaped crooked to the left. I make a comment asking her to correct it. She says she’ll come back to it. After looking at it again to make sure I wasn’t seeing things wrong I repeated it definitely is leaning to the left. She frustratingly replies I told you I’ll fix it later when I go back to the file. She gets back to filing but does not correct the issue. She claims it looks straight to her. I show her how it’s clearly not matching the other nails. She gets aggravated and then does something that totally astonished me and HANDS me the nail file to do it myself. Excuse me. In all my years of getting my nails I’ve never had a technician rudely tell me to perform the service I’m paying for. The entire time the owner is quietly doing her client’s nails not intervening. A third associate now gets up begrudgingly, it’s all in her body language, and proceeds to tell me it’s my finger. Again, excuse me. I’m 37 years old and have had this same hand, finger all my life I know if my finger is crooked. I get my nails done consistently and know what straight vs. crooked looks like. Basically I had to show them how to correct their mishap and ended up filing my own nail. I told the technicians and owner is very disrespectful not to take feedback appropriately and then have your customer perform the service. I was never rude, loud or nasty and even paid for the nail service & other things I had done as well as still gave a tip (I did service type work many years and it’s just organic for me to always tip), it was a much lesser tip than I would of but I did. I still knew I was going to review them on their customer service to do better. That type of action is not acceptable.

Went twice … first time they charged me 1 price. Second time I was charged more. When I questioned it, I was told it was more because they had to cut my nails, lol That goes with the process. They did do a good job. I will stick to my regular nail place.
