This was my first time here after hearing so many good things!! I asked them for a complicated design and it came out better than the reference photo! I love them! They took their time on them and didn’t rush which is such a nice change from other salons! They were super gentle on my hands as well 🙂 I’ve never been able to get complicated nail art from other salons in the area, so this is amazing!! I’m coming back for sure! Love love love it!

I went there and asked for coffin and dip. My nails were long enough for a coffin on my own. While I wasn’t paying attention, lady filed down and rounded down my nail. After I convinced her she could not fix my nails without tips, she told me that would be for a charge. Then she tried to tell me she would do tips on one hand but not the other. Finally I insisted that another person do my nails. In terms of length and shape. . They were messy. I would have left it alone, but after 2 days, 2 tips broke off, and I paid 50 dollars!

I’ve been in to Aroma twice. Before my first visit, I was excited because the space is beautiful. I was a walk-in for my first manicure, and the artist rushed through it. She cut too close to my cuticle and made one of my mail beds bleed. She did listen to me when I told her the shape I wanted my nails. I got the basic manicure and pretty much all they did was my nails. However, the gel manicure did last for weeks.

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Very friendly and professional staff that did a wonderful job on my nails. The salon is also lovely and very relaxing. I highly recommend it for regular nail services or a little bit of pampering!

Today was my first time here and the staff was so kind, detailed and informative throughout the whole process. I had acrylic removed and they restored my natural nails to their pre-dip glory. I’ve been here several time and had a great experience. I always splurdge and do the Volcano pedicure. I would recommend Aroma 100%. Like with any established you go long enough you will have something to complain about. I’ve been getting my nails and feet done since I was 18 and now in my 40s. This place is by far one of the best. Dont let someone elses experience change your mind. We all have different options on what great service. Is. This nail techs work 6 days a week 9 to 10 hrs a day. I guarantee the people with the most negative comments are those that don’t work half that much. Thank you for always making our experience good.

No reason not to give 5 stars! Beautiful clean space, calming music, brand new fancy massage chairs and nice people! My lady really spent some time massaging the scrubs and oils into my legs which I so appreciate. I will be back!

I took my niece here today and she had bruises and marks on her arm. When her mom talked the the business about the issue they yelled at her. No interest in resolving the issue for an 80$ wax we did not expect such terrible service. We will be reporting business. This kind of service will not be tolerated. Especially when you are charging people premium prices for below par service.
