So good in fact I originally would see her at the Pembroke Pines location and followed her to the Davie location, she’s that good! I have been a member with Hand & Stone for a little over 2 years now. In that time I have only been treated by their massage therapist Marlene, she’s the best. So good in fact I originally would see her at the Pembroke Pines location and followed her to the Davie location, she’s that good! Do not sign up for the monthly facial/massage deal. I have been trying to cancel since January and each time, they say a manager has to contact me and cancel it. No manager has ever reached out and they continue to charge me. The one lady to actually help said they didn’t even have notate my account for the cancellation, so I would no longer be charged. I was then refunded for 2 my months only because you need a manager to refund the rest of the months supposedly. Up until recently no one contacted me and I was charged AGAIN! I called and complained to them be refunded for the recent charge. I asked for a manager but was told she was unavailable but would give me a call back, which never happened!!!!! I asked to have my card information removed to avoid further mistakes and was told only a manager is permitted to that?!! This is beyond ridiculous !!! We are literally in September!!!! I don’t understand what’s happening and how they have no urgency to escalate this issue.They deserve a zero star

Poor customer service for my mom using a gift card I bought for her. She found out that the staff booked her for the incorrect services upon arrival and they wanted to charge her a cancellation fee to reschedule or $140 out of pocket for the correct services I had already pre-paid for her. She had to accept a shorter massage and then they asked her to pay a tip, which was upsetting because I had already included a 20% tip in the gift card. I called to provide feedback and the staff member offered to look into the situation and call my mom. I am not sure whether my mom will risk having another stressful experience at this location.

Lilli was super helpful and sweet, she answered every question I had and helped me book with Lindsey who did an amazing job with my facial and addressed every skin concern I had. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa membership with a spa that has exceptional customer service and service providers.

This place is full of lies I had a 250$ gift card my husband gave me for a facial and a massage, went to do it and the signed me up for their monthly program, got home and discover the charged me the 69$ for the program plus another 50$ to cover the massage an facial besides my gift card, mind you I signed up for the 1st time customer special that should have been all covered with the gift card I got! I call to cancel and the lady tells me that after 3 months of no use it will be automatically canceled. That was in August. Today I called again and they tell me that I have to sign a form and that a manager will contact me for the form but they will charge me again for the fee.. this is ridiculous and a ripoff. They are thieves !!!

Staff and massage was good, however my gift card was for $100 and the certificate stated that it was for a massage and facial. Price for massage was $69.99 for 50 mins with 10 mins deducted for changing.
