Definitely don’t recommend! They don’t guarantee their work. I have been a customer for years. My nails originally came out so sloppy and thick polish painted turned my nails yellow. Went back for a fix and blamed me for picking white. Place looks very dirty. Go else where! Paid again to change color what a scam. Nail repair

My daughter made an appointment for a $35.00 set of acrylics. She picked out a color and they completed the job. They charged her $65.00 saying she picked gel no chip. She had no idea. The polish had a number but no price on it. I called and they said they were too busy to see she ordered the $35.00 set (my daughter saw it on the computer). The nails look good but now she is in debt to me for something she was planning on paying for herself.

I asked for a regular manicure in a light pink they gave me a white no chip manicure. They asked me twice to confirm it was a regular manicure and I said yes so to my surprise I’m paying for a no chip was very expensive. If you run a manicure business you should be able to understand your customers.

Love how mr. Long did my nails for my wedding. The pedicure with Minh was painless looks beautiful but I can see some little details I don’t like. I wasn’t so with the results. Besides that they charged me $5 more for the French, my feet where not soft like in other places and he cut the corner of my toe nails giving them a no square apparience.

Critical: QualityLet me start by saying NEVER AGAIN. Took almost 2 hrs for a basic pedicure. My toes were so irritated it hurt to put my crocs on and one of my toes was bleeding. I got red and I have red paint all over my toes and feet. I didn’t even let them do the massage because it hurt so bad. The receptionist told me someone will come in to do my no chip because this specific tech didn’t know how to and he still did it. I’m livid. Never in my life will I come back. Let me start by saying NEVER AGAIN. Took almost 2 hrs for a basic pedicure. My toes were so irritated it hurt to put my crocs on and one of my toes was bleeding. I got red and I have red paint all over my toes and feet. I didn’t even let them do the massage because it hurt so bad. Never again! The staff was not friendly. Got a mani and a pedi it was awful the outcome was messy and rushed. The guy that did my pedi use the same tools that he used for the person before me didn’t sanitize them or graved new ones. Don’t recommend.

It took an hour to get dip powder taken off and the file job was awful. I asked for square and all the edges were sharp and the person working on me was way too gently they were barely filing my nails. I was changed a full manicure when I just got the dip taken off. I started off working with a women who was experienced and was then changed to a younger worker who wasn’t experienced. My nails finally grew and an hour after the appointment I had to cut them and file again so they were so sharp.
