The salon itself has amazing customer service and friendly faces, even the owner remembers me each time I come in. Recently moved to NYC and still commute back to Richard Salon to get my hair done by Sofia. Not only are the prices great for the service you receive but she always does a spectacular job. Sometimes I show her a picture of what I want, other times we discuss out loud- no matter what the end product is amazing and I am in love with my hair. Also need to mention with Covid-19 the cleanliness of the salon. I feel so safe and confident in their precautions as well. Have been a Richard Salon customer since 2016, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I trust no one else with my hair other than Sofia. The salon itself has amazing customer service and friendly faces, even the owner remembers me each time I come in. I went to Richard’s for the first time to have a Brazilian, and a cut/ blowout.. Let me just tell you; I found my new salon. Sophia is amazing ❣️ She gave me EXACTLY the hair style I wanted. Highly, highly recommend this place. The staff are awesome, and Richard is so helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely worthwhile ❣️❣️❣️

I booked an appointment at Richard Salon for the very next day and had Alicia as my stylist. Alicia was so friendly and professional and made me feel confident that we could make my hair look good again! She was able to correct the bleach job on the roots, give me a beautiful blonde toner, and cleaned up my haircut as well. In addition, she was so nice to talk to! Alicia was so friendly and professional and made me feel confident that we could make my hair look good again! They charge a wee bit much for their services for what you get, IMO. I mean, it’s great but not the best for what they charge. The owner has been wonderful and worked with me when I didn’t quite get the result I was looking for the first visit. Went in for a correction and came out happy. The staff has always been super professional, warm and courteous. They offer you something to drink and take your coat. It’s pretty relaxing.

This salon is great. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Melissa did my hair this time again and she is amazing. She knows exactly what she is doing and knows how to recommend different services based on her clients wants and needs and know what will work best for their hair type. I have been to other stylist there too and they all just do such a wonderful job. I would recommend this salon to anyone that wants their hair to come out great, from a basic cut to a high end color etc. They will not disappoint you!
