This has been my experience each time. I’m tired of having to recut what they do. They almost literally push you out the door as soon as they think you are done. Apparently even before they get to all parts of your hair. At least she was friendly. Haircut

I had several different pictures of the hairstyle I wanted and the person giving me a haircut glanced at them didn’t even pay attention. I got curtain bangs and asked for them to be a little longer but instead they were extremely short. One side of my bangs had so much hair in them and it was so thick and the other side was unbelievably thin. My hair overall was longer then I wanted. The person giving me a haircut was overall rude. I’ve taken my son here for about 2 years. About 2 months ago we let someone new cut his hair and she was mean and hateful to my child. Even CUT him with clippers. My husband had to stop the hair cut and leave. We’ve not made that mistake again. Today I went there. My request was insanely simple 2 inches off the length and same for the layers. My hair is completely uneven and looks like I let my child cut it. I will have to loose another 2 inches to fix it. I called the store and the person I spoke with gave me a new name for the store manager, you never get the name name twice, and was completely rude with no customer service. But because she has such great customer service she needed tell me how “she has been in the business for 24 years, she has great customer service”. Seriously, no you don’t. Stop answering the phone.
