The receptionist was great, the space is very clean, and my waxer was friendly but unfortunately I walked out with red, damaged eyebrows. I don’t know if it’s from the hard wax or the waxer (at one point she struggled to lift the wax and pressed down on my brow bone, which hurt) but the pictures speak for themselves. I don’t use retinol or harsh skincare products, let alone near my eyes, so they weren’t extra sensitive or anything.

I’m so sad because this EWC is in a great location. I’ve been here 3 times and all 3 experiences were unfortunate. 1) 2 minutes before my appt they say my specialist wasn’t coming. Someone great took care of me. Ok. 2) My next appt, I get a text that wax specialist is no longer there. 3) I get a new appt yesterday. I wait 20 mins, they no show (but receptionist was kind and offers me a complimentary wax but I couldn’t use it when I went to CP) 4) I come back today, all I hear is cussing and after 5mins someone comes out and says my specialist has to leave so I need to reschedule. There’s more, but you get the idea. Just drive the extra way to College Park, this location needs to work on themselves lol

Love this location but specifically my waxer, Jenay. Not only is she sweet and professional she is also very quick. I am usually in and out with 15-20 mins if not less. I am incredibly shy so having someone who is nice and willing to talk to you and just generally a good spirit makes a vulnerable experience ALOT less awkward. I definitely recommend going to this location but especially booking with Jenay!!

WORST EXPERIENCE! MY APPT WAS AT 2:45PM I arrived at 2:54 because I couldnt find the store. When I arrived there was nobody at the store and ofcourse when the receptionist/technician arrived 4minutes later with a cup of starbucks said my appointments was cancelled and that she couldnt do anything about it.

Great establishment, clean and beautiful in a great new location and with awesome front desk ladies. However, I did not have a good experience with my waxer today, Aliyah. I’ve gone to a couple different European Wax Centers with many different wax specialists, and she was the least skilled, least professional one I’ve had. Extremely painful experience; even the usually painless spots she somehow found a way to mess up. Did not walk me through anything she was doing and even laughed when I screamed in pain. Would not recommend her. I’m very appreciative of the receptionists for being so apologetic and taking my concerns seriously. Hopefully others will not have this experience.

Such a lovely establishment, upon entering I felt like I was apart of this awesome group of women. I was greeted by Bri who had an amazing personality! A waxer proceeded to walk a guest out as I entered and she really educated her on European Wax Center’s products and aftercare. I knew I was in good hands with any waxer here. My wax specialist was Aliyah she was so nice and very gentle throughout my service. She’s such a genuinely sweet person, I enjoyed being service by her as well as appreciated ever recommendation she made about my skin care regimen. She got me all setup with the Serum and instructed me how to use it. I’ll definitely be back in 4-6 weeks
