Critical: PunctualityWorst on their time.they have sign on door says open at 8 am to 8 pm. And walk in 2 days staright to the saloon at 7:55 and 7:50.Also i signed in online 2 days in row.but 1 st day door was closed and today dec 17 the door was ooen i walked in but they said they not accept any walk in .but i said i have online check in. I was Leary to go to great clips as I have a wonderful beautition who does an amazing job but life circumstances kept me away for the last 3 months and so I had no choice,I was so surprised how fast and precise the lady who has been doing hair for 40 years was,she did a wonderful job and I was happy with the cut and will be going back to see her in the 1st chair to the left…can’t remember her name! I love the online check-in. It allows you to do other things while waiting on your appointment. They send you a friendly reminder 10 minutes before your turn. Staff is friendly and they keep notes that remind them of what hairstyle you want. Very convenient!!
