This was my 1st visit/service. I drive all the way from Woodstock for a 7am appointment. They were on time, professional, had a great attitude for that early service and completed my hair in 3.5 hours. I got small knotless braids with a color and bohemian curls added in. I called them at 10:15 am and they had me in the chair by 10:35 am. I got medium box braids within 3 hour. Beautiful braids. Very professional, yet family oriented environment. I love this place. I will definitely come back.

Very dissatisfied with the way my crochet hair turned out! Lou knew she didn’t complete my entire head and yet she charged me the full price. I woke up the next day with a headache because she tried to sow the back of the hair tightly so it would look like it was full in the back. When i looked in the mirror i saw where she didn’t complete my hair at all. She ran the thread across zigzag so I wouldn’t be able to tell.I was unable to pin my hair up because of the way she braided it also. I feel sorry for people that try to get over on customers.

When I got there, there was no one available to do my hair. The owner called her sister, and she got there in about 20 minutes. I asked for medium box braids and got just that. They braided my hair super fast and my head wasn’t sore at all. I will definitely go back. Also, the price was pocket friendly.
