I was pleasantly surprised at the extra treatment I received over and above a simple cut. The scalp massage, hot towel and relaxing hair wash chair were extra special. Sam, my stylist was very kind and courteous as well. Although, at the end, I wished to buy a product and it seemed that neither of the girls knew what the price of my product was and ” guessed” I was not to comfortable with that part but oh well. Maybe put labels on the products that can be scanned ? anyway, overall, great experience. I’ll be back 🙂 Dean

Critical: ProfessionalismSo when I went today, I had Jennifer do my haircut, she was not Friendly, She was more concerned about Her friend getting a tip from another person. She barely paid attention on cutting my hair, Seems like she was in a rush just to get it over with, She never talk to me during the entire time. So when I went today, I had Jennifer do my haircut, she was not Friendly, She was more concerned about Her friend getting a tip from another person. She barely paid attention on cutting my hair, Seems like she was in a rush just to get it over with, She never talk to me during the entire time. When we went to the Massaging part we were only in there for like three minutes. I would not recommend having Jennifer cutting your hair.

Okay, so I am giving this review 3 stars primarily because I have not had a bad experience there….until today. I have had haircuts from most of the stylists there and they’ve always done a great job, but today the stylist I had seemed short, annoyed, unwilling to talk (which is fine) and went WAY to fast on my haircut…to the point it was pulling my hair and there were multiple mess ups I could see when I got home. Example: she kept going over and over again above my ears and I look ridiculous because of how high she went. Also, the blending in is uneven. So, if you go here, Ashley the manager does a great job, but I am sorry to say Ashley B does not. Be careful when choosing a stylist. I will be back, but choosing my stylist from now on.
