Tuyen is great. She has great customer service and a very clean shop. She has always does great on my nails. I wish she had more people there to help her cause you have to wait to get your nails done cause she is by herself most of the time. I had to stop going there cause she was always booked and I have a busy schedule and don’t like to wait long periods of time.

I love coming here to get my nails feet and brows done! Tuyen is the best! She does her best when it comes to doing everyone nails because everyone wants her. She has a lovely team and never lets me done. I can walk in on my worst days and leave the happiest person. No one has ever been rude or made me feel like I wasn’t family. I have been coming to Twin since I was 15 years old I’m soon to turn 28!!!! With that being said, out of 13 years I have never had any problems. She always take her time and give you the amazing work that you are looking for… this is the ONLY nail shop that has ever been able to please me!!! So the review below is insane, if she had any problems she know that Twin would have fixed the problem… your nails look amazing by the way!!! Love you Twin!!!!

I’m so sad writing this review because I used to love this shop. Went in Tuesday for a pedicure and full gel set. Only Twin and another young lady were working. The pedicure was done right and i was very relaxed and it was perfect . After painting my toes I was walked over to get my nails done. (No fan on my toes) Twin was on the phone for half of the time doing my nails which I thought was really rude. When applying the acrylic she was rushed and it was very clumpy. She didn’t even let it set properly as she had to redo my thumb because a corner near my cuticle wasn’t even filled . Then she’s WAY too rough with filing. Cut me several times and stopped the bleeding with glue . I asked for Coffin shaped nails and this shaping is… Off. Several of my nails are crooked. When she was finally done putting on the gel and UV light, she filed my (already painted) nails AGAIN! OUCH! Trying to hide the fact that my nails are blatantly crooked. Then she puts oil in my hands and tells me I can put on my shoes. Guess what happened when I took my shoes off? Pedicure ruined!! I’m crying because my nails are HIDEOUS but I’m in pain and I’m just so disappointed. I had to pay another shop $15 to repaint my toes. And now i have to wait at least a week with ugly, crooked nails before I can have someone fix them. And I paid this shop $65!!!!!

The wait time was ridiculous. There were only two people on duty. The lady charged extra for something to soak my feet and they were not that much different. I normally get a regular pedicure and my feet come out better than whatever extra step and charge she added.
